Mango Chutney Recipe

Mango Chutney –
1 Cup small cubes unripe mango
1 Tbs Oil
1 Pinch Mustard Seed
1 Pinch Cumin Seed
½ Tsp turmeric powder
1 Green Chili split in half
6-8 Curry Leaves
Tsp Salt
3 Tsp Sugar
Tsp Chili Powder (optional)
Tbs Coriander Powder
Tbs Fresh Coriander Leaves
1) Heat oil over med-high heat in frying pan
2) Add mustard seed
3) Add cumin seed
4) Once seeds start to pop, add the other ingredients in order as listed, garnishing with cilantro leaves.
