Curried Acorn Squash Soup

Easy to make and super rich, this recipe is great for squash lovers. It boasts a rich taste and smooth creaminess that is soothing in the cool seasons.

You Will Need:
3 Acorn Squash Cut in half, Cleaned, De-seeded
4 Tbs. Sunflower Oil
2 tsp. Cumin Seeds
2 tsp. Turmeric Powder
2 tsp. Coriander Powder
2 tsp. Mint Flakes
2 tsp. Cumin Powder
Grind together with mortar and pestle
