Coconut Milk Recipe

Coconut milk can be made easily at home using fresh coconuts and fresh organic milk. Try to purchase organic milk directly from the farmer if possible as it will be more fresh and retain the full nutritious value of milk.

Coconut Milk –

1 Cup Fresh Grated Coconut
1 Cup Cow’s Milk

1) Blend ingredients together thoroughly
2) Strain as needed
3) Add Cardamom powder
4) Add Sugar

Serving Tips:
Coconut milk is excellent when added to oatmeal or rice noodles. The milk can also be prepared and then used in other recipes such as for curries and special desserts.
