Home Remedy for Asthma:
1. Prepare 1 tsp honey mixed with ½ tsp cinnamon powder and take daily for prevention or before asthma-inducing activity.

2. To prevent the worsening of asthma, boil 8-10 cloves of garlic in ½ cup of milk and drink it at nighttime.

3. Stir teaspoon of honey into warm water and drink before bedtime.

Home Remedy for Body Odor:
1. Bath with organic antibacterial soap or deodorant soap.

2. Use organic apple cider vinegar under armpits to decrease armpit odor. It is the best body odor home remedy treatment.

3. Draw a bath and add a few cups of tomato juice. Soak in the bath for at least 15 minutes.

Home Remedy for Backache:
1. Lime juice serves as an excellent home remedy for backache. Mix the juice of 1 lemon with a pinch of table salt. Drink it two times in a day to relieve pain.

2. As a part of back pain home remedy treatment, apply a poultice of raw potato on the painful area.

3. Consume about 2000 mg vitamin C everyday to reduce/prevent back pain.

4. Another useful option to reduce backache is to prepare a garlic remedy. This is done by sautéing 10 small pieces of garlic in sesame oil or coconut oil until the garlic is lightly browned. Remove from heat and allow the oil to cool completely. Apply it to the back and keep it there for 3 hours. Continue treatment 3-7 days as needed.

Home Remedy for Chapped Lips:
1. Drink plenty of water everyday.

2. Cut fine slices of cucumber and rub on lips.

3. Take a saline bath.

4. Apply neem leaf extract on your lips.

Home Remedy for Cough:
1. Grapes are a completely natural way to relieve a cough and cold in just a few days. Drink 1 cup of grape juice with 1-teaspoon honey 2-3x/day.

2. Almonds are an excellent remedy for dry cough. Soak 7-8 almonds overnight in water. The next morning peel off the brown skin and then grind them into a powder. Add twenty grams each of butter and sugar to form a paste. Consume this paste twice daily; once in the morning and once in the evening.

Home Remedy for Common Cold:
1. Lemon can be used effectively to treat common cold as it helps to build the body’s immunity. Stir the juice of 2 lemons and a teaspoon of honey into a glass of warm water. Drink it 1-2x daily.

2. Boil 1 Tbsp of black pepper powder in a cup of milk. Add a pinch of turmeric and some sugar for taste. Drink once daily for three days.

3. Mix together 3-4 tsp onion juice with 3-4 tsp honey and drink once daily for 3 days.

Home Remedy for Common Fever:
1. The juice of grapefruit is valuable in all fevers. Helpful in quenching thirst, it also removes the burning sensation produced by the fever. Half a glass of grapefruit juice should be taken with half a glass of water.
2. Another ideal food in all types of fever is orange. It provides energy, increases urinary output, and promotes body resistance against infections. It is especially effective when the digestive power of the body is seriously hampered.

Home Remedy for Diabetes:
1. Boil 15 fresh mango leaves in 1 cup of water. The next morning, filter and drink.

2. Grapefruit is known to be a valuable home remedy treatment for diabetes. Unless otherwise contraindicated, eat 3 grapefruit 3x daily.

3. Indian gooseberry, a rich source of vitamin C, serves as the best home remedy for diabetes. Mix 1 tbsp of gooseberry juice with a cup of bitter gourd juice. Consume this mixture daily for about 2 months.

Home Remedy for Diarrhea:
1. Mash a ripe banana and add 1 tsp of tamarind pulp and a pinch of salt to it. Consume this mixture 2x daily.

2. A well-known home remedy treatment for diarrhea is to consume a paste made of 15-20 fresh curry leaves mixed with 1 tsp honey.

3. Mash a ripe banana 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder. Consume daily as needed.

4. Mix 1 tsp of date paste with 1 tsp honey. This mixture is to be consumed 4-5x daily.

Home Remedy for Earache:
1. Boil 3-4 cloves of garlic in water. Once boiled thoroughly, mash the garlic and add a pinch of salt. Wrap this poultice in a flannel or woolen cloth and place on the aching ear.

2. Pour ½ tsp garlic juice in the painful ear. Its antibiotic qualities help to relieve the pain.

3. Take Vitamin C to boost your immune system. It is a natural antibiotic and antihistamine and will help to reduce inflammation and fever.

4. Include zinc in your diet as it reduces ear infection.

5. Avoid dairy products such as milk, butter, and cheese, which tend to aggravate ear infections.

Home Remedy for Genital Warts:
1. Extract juice from onion slices and add salt to it. Apply this juice on the wart-affected area daily for 5-10 days.

2. Another great idea is to apply the milky juice of figs on the warts 2-3 times in a day until the warts disappear.

3. Apply a few drops of apple cider vinegar on the warts using cotton ball.

4. Adapt your diet to help combat the warts by consuming foods rich in folic acid and beta-carotene. Eat plenty of green leafy veggies

Home Remedy for Gingivitis:
1. Take some clove oil and rub it onto your gums. Alternatively, chew a clove in your mouth.

2. Brush your teeth with toothpaste that contains sage oil or peppermint oil to strengthen the gums.

3. Add a pinch of salt to a glass of lukewarm water to prepare a homemade saline solution. Gargle this solution two times daily. This will greatly reduce the swelling in your mouth.

4. To heal the gum swelling, use an antibacterial mouthwash.

5. Patients suffering from gingivitis should consume foods containing low saturated fats.

5. Prepare herbal tea containing equal small amounts of peppermint, chamomile, ginger, licorice root and catnip. Preferably, it should be enjoyed after dinner.

Home Remedy for Hemorrhoids:
1. Drink radish juice twice daily in the morning and at night. Start with about ¼ cup of radish juice and then gradually increase to ½ cup.

2. Soak 3-4 figs in a glass of water. The next morning, consume the figs on an empty stomach.

Home Remedy for Herpes:
1. Rub ice cubes on the cold sore for a few minutes.

2. Take a warm tea bag and apply it on the fever blisters for about half an hour.

3. Lemon balm extract is considered valuable in healing a herpes infection.

Home Remedy for High Cholesterol:
1. Boil 2 Tbsp of coriander seeds in a cup of water. Allow the decoction to cool, then strain. Drink this mixture 2x daily.

2. Sunflower seeds contain linoleic acid that helps reduce cholesterol deposits in the arterial walls. Add them to your diet as a salad topper or as a snack.

3. Incorporate ample amount of fiber in your meals. Fiber is excelling in lowering the cholesterol levels in the blood.

Home Remedy for High Blood Pressure:
1. An effective home remedy for high blood pressure is to mix 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp ginger juice and 1 tsp cumin powder. Consume this mixture 2-3x daily.

2. Consume coriander or fenugreek leaves mixed in 1 cup of water.

3. Make a juice from 25-30 curry leaves and 1-cup of water. Add limejuice to improve taste. Strain and drink it in the morning.

Home Remedy for Menopause:
1. Take a daily supplement of 500 mg magnesium and 2 gm of calcium.

2. Consume daily a glass of carrot seed milk. To prepare: Boil teaspoon of carrot seeds in a glass of cow’s milk for 10 minutes.

3. Licorice, which contains the natural female hormone, estrogen, serves as an effective remedy for menopause.

Home Remedy for Obesity:
1. On an empty stomach in the morning, drink 1 glass of warm water mixed with juice of half a lime and 1 tsp honey.

2. In 1 cup of water, add 3 tsp of limejuice, ½ tsp pepper powder and some honey. Drink this everyday for about 3-4 months.

3. As a substitute of breakfast, consume 2 ripe tomatoes in the morning. This remedy will aid in reducing your weight at a faster rate.

Home Remedy for Poor Vision:
1. Consume foods rich in vitamin A (like raw spinach, turnip tops, milk cream, cheese, butter, tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, cabbage, Soya beans, green peas, fresh milk), as vitamin A helps in improving eyesight.

Home Remedy for Prostate Disorders:
1. Pumpkin seeds are useful in the treatment of prostate disorders. They provide a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids vital to the health of the prostate. Men suffering from prostate trouble can take 60-90 gm of pumpkin seeds daily. Pumpkin seeds can also be consumed in the form of powder sprinkled over cooked food. Another method is to mix the seed powder with white flour to make chapattis.

2. Zinc has been found beneficial in the treatment of prostate disorders. Take about 30 milligrams of this mineral everyday.

3. Vitamin E is beneficial for prostate health. The patient should be given foods rich in vitamin E like wholegrain products, green leafy vegetables, milk, and sprouted seeds.

4. Vegetable juices are excellent in curing prostate disorders. Stir together 200 ml spinach juice and 300 ml of carrot juice.

Home Remedy for Ringworm:
1. Take a raw, fresh papaya and cut out slices. Rub the slice on the ringworm patch.

2. Take a few mustard seeds and turn them into a powder using a mortar and pestle. Then, create a paste by adding water to the powder. Apply the paste daily onto the ringworm-affected area to gradually eliminate ringworm.

Home Remedy for Sexual Impotence:
1. Garlic is valuable in the treatment of sexual impotence. It acts like a tonic for decreased sexual power. Chew 2-3 cloves of raw garlic daily.

2. Another aphrodisiac food is white onion, which aids in strengthening the reproductive organs.

3. Carrots are proven to be beneficial in creating the desire for sex. Eat 150 gm of finely chopped carrots with a half boiled egg dipped in 1 tbsp of honey. Consume it once a day for 1-2 months.

Home Remedy for Sinusitis:
1. Mango serves as an effective home remedy for preventing the frequent attacks of sinus, as it is packed with loads of vitamin A.

2. Another beneficial remedy consists of consuming pungent foods like onion and garlic, as a part of your daily meals.

1. Create a paste using 1-2 cloves of garlic and 2-3 cloves. Mix the paste with 1 cup of honey. Drink 1 tsp of the mixture 3x daily.

2. Add a pinch of turmeric powder to 1 cup of warm milk and drink before going to bed.

3. Boil one whole peeled onion in 2 cups of water. Once it is cooked, mash it and add 1 Tbs butter, salt and pepper to it. Eat this preparation 1x daily for 1-3 days.

Home Remedy for Stomachache:
1. Drink plenty of water as it helps to ensure smooth bowel movements.

2. Drink lemon tea with honey for taste to ease stomachache.

3. Mix 1 tsp mint juice with 1 tsp limejuice. Add some ginger juice and black salt in it. Drink 1-2x daily.

Home Remedy for Tonsillitis:
1. Take a fresh lemon and squeeze it in a glass of water. Add 4 tsp of honey and ¼ tsp of table salt. Sip this drink slowly.

2. Milk is proven to be beneficial in the treatment of tonsillitis. In 1 glass of pure boiled milk, add a pinch of turmeric powder and black pepper powder. Drink it every night for about 3 days.

Home Remedy for Toothache:
1. Dip 1 clove of garlic in rock salt and place it on the affected tooth.

2. Keep a piece of raw onion inside the mouth on the affected tooth.

3. Clove serves as an excellent home remedy for toothache. Keep a clove in your mouth and suck it. You can even apply clove oil on the affected tooth.

4. Lime is considered valuable in maintaining the health of teeth.

5. Consume the juice of wheat grass, as it acts as a fabulous mouthwash in case of tooth decay.

Home Remedy for Wrinkles:
1. Application of leftover egg whites at the bottom of the shell to the problematic area serves as an effective home remedy for wrinkles.

2. For sagging skin under the eyes or on the throat, apply odorless castor oil.

3. Take coconut oil and massage onto wrinkled skin.

4. Every morning eat 1 tsp of shredded ginger with a few drops of honey.

5. Rub the core of a pineapple all over your face for sometime and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Home Remedy for Urinary Tract Infection:
1. Add ½ tsp of baking soda to 8 oz of water and drink it.

2. Drink plenty of water as it aids in flushing out the waste products from the body.

3. Drink Cranberry juice. You can also add some apple juice for taste.

Home Remedy for Warts:
1. Apply castor oil onto the warts. Continue daily treatment for several months.

2. Apply milky juice of fresh figs to wart 2-3x daily. Continue treatment for two weeks.

3. Rub cut raw potatoes on the affected area several times daily. Continue treatment for two weeks.

4. Rub cut onions on the warts to stimulate the circulation of blood. Continue treatment for two weeks.

5. Apply powdered Indian Squill (a medicinal plant) daily onto the warts.

6. Apply milk from the cut end of dandelion over the warts 2-3 times a day.

7. Apply oil extracted from the shell of the cashew nut over the warts.

8. Apply Papaya juice onto the warts 2-3 times a day.

9. Apply Pineapple juice onto the warts 2-3 times a day.

Home Remedy for Vomiting:
1. Roast 2 cardamoms on a dry pan. Turn the cardamoms into a powder using a mortar and pestle and then add a tsp of honey to make a paste. Consume the paste frequently throughout the day. This paste serves as a fabulous home remedy for vomiting.

2. Combine 1 tsp of mint juice, 1 tsp limejuice, ½ tsp of ginger juice and 1 tsp honey. Drink this mixture to prevent vomiting.

3. Limejuice is an effective remedy for vomiting. Sip a glass of chilled limejuice.

4. To prevent vomiting, drink ginger tea.

5. Add honey to a glass of warm water and sip the drink slowly.
