You Will Need:
Dry Ingredient –
2 1/4 cups Spelt flour
1 Tbs. Organic Cinnamon
1 Tbs. Baking Powder
3 Packets Stevia Leaf (ie. Sweet Leaf)
Couple Pinches of Salt
Wet Ingredient –
3 Eggs
1 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Sunflower Oil
