A juicy alternative to scrambled eggs, this recipe is great for Pitta and can easily be enjoyed by Kapha and Pitta as well.
You Will Need:
1 Tbs. Ghee (How to Make)
2 tsp. Cumin Seeds
1 1/2 Cups Flat Leaf Kale (Cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
1 Block Soft Tofu (Coarsley cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
3 Tbs Cilantro, Chopped
1/2 tsp.Turmeric
2 Tbs. Organic Cream or Soy Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
